Declaration on the Rights of Deaf Children
In collaboration with the British Deaf Association (BDA), Frank Barnes School children have signed an article each from the 'Declaration on the Rights of Deaf Children', recently approved by the World Federation of the Deaf at the XX1 General Assembly in July 2023.
