Medical

We support pupils at Frank Barnes School with medical needs, whether these are short-term or long-term. For pupils with underlying health conditions we will need your child's GP to provide a Care Plan with clear instructions on how to manage and support your child's medical needs.

 

If your child requires short-term medication or if there is a change in medication or dosage, we will only be able to administer this medication on receipt of a signed form which you will need to complete and sign and return to the school office. All changes must be provided in writing, telephone calls are not accepted.
