Our School Council enables the children to become actively involved in the running of the school. The School Council considers ways to improve the school for everyone and helps children develop a sense of responsibility towards both the school and their community.
School Council meetings are held regularly and are attended by student representatives from years 5 and 6, who stand for a term of one year.
In recent School Council discussions, the children have asked for additional Golden Time activities. As a result we have purchased new creative resources and sports equipment. They also suggested a shared art work display wall; this is in currently in the process of being implemented.
