National Deaf Studies Working Group
The National Deaf Studies Working Group (NDSWG) was established in 2001 with Deaf Instructors from Deaf schools and units from across the UK. The NDSWG strongly believe that Deaf Studies should be taught alongside other curriculum subjects being used in primary and secondary education.
The NDSWG now has a steering group and affiliate group members. The steering group meets 3 times a year, the affiliate group meets once a year to receive updated information. The NDSWG steering group works throughout the year to update the National Deaf Studies curriculum and improve resources. For more information please visit http://www.nationaldeafstudiescurriculum.com
