1. Evaluation

I enjoyed …

The whole day, the photo booth, drama workshop, adding my word to the magic mosaic, the signed story (hearing child), making a pigeon, having my photo taken, watching the signed story, making a dog out of paper, printing, drawing in the art room, the drama, signing, the BSL taster, learning the sign alphabet, the workshops, origami, playing the light game, I loved Fudge the dog, the story because it was a good story, I liked the traffic lights, the signed stories, making my pigeon, learning to act because it was funny and interesting, making things, socialising with my friends who I don’t see often, the drama workshop, being a Viking in the photo booth, dressing up, printing, decorating the butterflies, making my bird, the traffic game was the most fun game ever, the games.

2. I am inspired to …

Visit the other activities in the museum, do some drumming, investigate sports options for my child, learn my BSL signs, learn more BSL, learn to sign better, do more learning through making things, visit the British Museum again, do some more drama, learn more sign language, learn more signs, do some more origami, make an origami cat, go upstairs to look at some more things, learn BSL, make things, learn more, come back to the Museum, do some art.

3. I learned …

About what Vikings wear, that Athena carries an owl, how to be a good actor, how not to laugh when you are acting, what services are available in my local area, some signs, about BSL, some new signs, how to approach a dog, about Egypt, how to act, sign language, how to say “How are you?” in BSL, to spell my name with signs, how to do origami, how to do lots of acting, how to make a pigeon, about mummies from Egypt, to let the dog sniff my hand, that the chainmail was heavy, how to do folding, how to act, how to make a lantern.

4. Even better if …

More messy activities, the parents didn’t watch us practise so it was a surprise, some props, nothing would have made it better!, nothing, more signposts to help us find it, more games, more activities, my whole family had come so we could all do it together, more room to act, there were more objects, everything is perfect.
